I've got a complaint letter about exhibition Sound Systems 2011 from Mr Michael Leung on 10 March 2011.
Unfavorable online registration system, overcrowded event venue and insufficient leaflet of exhibition products are the 3 major complaint criteria. Subject: Seek for suggestion approval
Dear Anne,
I am writing to report the details about the complaint letter and ask for your approval for implementing my suggestions.
The complaint letter received on 10 Mar 2011 concerns about registration, overcrowding at exhitbitions and the shortage of print materials related to exhibition products. After our investigation, we have found out the causes of each problem.
1.Unfavorable online registration system
As our system capacity cannot cope with peak demand, attendees are uneasy to load the website and make the registration. We suggest that upgrading our server to one which can handle and support high traffic.
2.overcrowded event venue
With the underestimation of popularity, we have booked a relatively small venue for our exhibition. We suggest having an accurate estimation of number of participants before booking the venue.
3. insufficient leaflet of exhibition products
Because of environmental reasons, we have printed a limited number of leaflet. In order to meet the market demand, we suggest providing electronic version of leaflet for attendees to download.
For the compensation, we suggest to send attendee a hard copy of leaflets and attach an entry ticket for our coming event.
